idsMED Vietnam Participates in the 8th National Interventional Cardiology Conference

The 8th National Interventional Cardiology Conference organised by the Vietnam Association of Interventional Cardiology, with the theme “Develop Solutions for Practice Challengers” was held at the Ariyana Convention Center in Da Nang City on 10-11 December 2022. More than 500 local and international medical experts received updates on the latest technology and the most advanced techniques being globally applied in the field of cardiovascular disease treatment.

The conference offered 27 scientific sessions, while about 160 reports were presented in the five main halls of the venue. There were two international sessions conducted by the Vietnam National Society of Interventional Cardiology (VSIC), in collaboration with the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) and the Asia-Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (APSIC).

At the exhibition area, idsMED Vietnam displayed and introduced interventional cardiovascular products and spare parts such as intravenous catheter Prelude Ideal – Merit; Yukon Chrome – Translumina, Eagle eye Platinum – Philips and IVUS Ultrasound – Philips. The delegates were especially impressed with the IVUS Endovascular endoscopy machine which features high-frequency ultrasound.
