idsMED Vietnam hosted a "Mental Declutter, Emotional Purification" workshop on 26 July 2024 at the idsMED Learning Academy, Hanoi branch, with online connections with the Ho Chi Minh City branch and other locations nationwide.

During the one-and-a-half-hour session, idsMED Vietnam members were guided by Ms. Hang Pham, MSC, on recognising stress, its causes, and effective resolution methods.

Ms. Hang highlighted the importance of identifying the sources of stress and confronting each cause individually. To reduce stress, she recommended creating a list of priorities for work and personal life to ensure optimal organisation of tasks, thus preventing overlap and chaos. Another form of stress relief is to engage in physical exercise to keep the body active and boost sweating.

As a medical professional, Ms. Hang Pham emphasised that all bodily activities, from movement to emotions, are governed by the brain. Therefore, caring for the brain to maintain smooth bodily functions and training to manage emotions are crucial steps in stress management.

"Thank you, Ms. Hang, for sharing such practical knowledge. Following the workshop, I have set prioritised lists in both work and life to live more positively, thereby reducing stress." - Dung Dang, MarCom
