idsMED Vietnam’s Training Session on Ambulance Equipment at Hanoi Ambulance and First Aid 115 Centre

idsMED Vietnam organised a training session on how to use ambulance equipment at the Hanoi Ambulance and First Aid Center 115 on 7-8 February 2023. The event, conducted under the guidance of idsMED Vietnam Biomedical engineer Nguyen Tuan Linh, was attended by 60 of the centre’s staff.

To strengthen idsMED Vietnam’s after-sales service and to showcase the top-of-line equipment in ambulatory services, three types of equipment were introduced in the training - MAC2000 ECG machine (GE), Monitor Mediana M32 (Mediana), and the Defibrillator A15 (Mediana) to train and guide the participants on how to use these devices for first aid during emergencies and in transporting outpatients.

During the training session, all the trainees found the Q&A session beneficial as questions related to the product, particularly on the operation and proper storage of the equipment to achieve optimal efficiency were answered.
