Workshop Online: Emergency on Advanced Cardiovascular

At 10 AM on August 5, the online workshop: "Emergency on Advanced Cardiovascular" was broadcast live to 30 points with more than 600 attendees stretching from hospitals from the North to the South to officially open.

"Emergency on Advanced Cardiovascular" is an annual training program in many countries around the world with the support of idsMED Global and ZOLL Medical to update information and new knowledge on treatment of this topic. This year, the joint program with the Asian Resuscitation Association hosted an online workshop with new updates on the approach to improved high-quality CPR (ART), cardiopulmonary resuscitation as well as body temperature management by target.

This year, idsMED Vietnam continued to accompany this year’s program and successfully organized the Workshop connecting 4 points:

+ Tam Anh General Hospital

+ Xanh Pon General Hospital

+ Thanh Nhan Hospital

Emphasizing adherence to the American Heart Association’s recommendations for high-quality cardiac compression, Dr. Daniel Davis - San Diego Hospital (UCSD) California, introduced the method of raising wrists at the solution to avoid pressure, help the chest be fully elastic, putting pressure to bring more blood back to the heart. As well as holding the mask so tightly, avoid leakage during artificial ventilation.

Dr. Daniel Davis also mentioned the importance of "In-depth data analysis" after every cardiopulmonary resuscitation to improve the quality of health care workers, and ultimately the patient’s outcome.
