Welcoming New Beginnings: Orientation Program at idsMED Vietnam

From 18 to 23 July 2025, the HR Department of idsMED Vietnam organised a comprehensive Orientation Program tailored to welcome and support new team members. The initiative is designed to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, while also laying the foundation for a meaningful and successful career journey with idsMED.

Through this program, participants had the opportunity to:

• Gain an overview of idsMED and our brand identity,
• Explore our core products and services,
• Understand the operational model and key functions of essential departments.

Orientation is more than just training—it’s a meaningful first step that connects new team members to idsMED’s culture, vision, and core values, laying the groundwork for a strong sense of purpose and belonging.

CHƯƠNG TRÌNH ORIENTATION DÀNH CHO THÀNH VIÊN MỚI GIA NHẬP idsMED VIỆT NAM

Từ 18 đến 23/7/2025, bộ phận HR – idsMED Việt Nam tổ chức chương trình Orientation dành cho các thành viên mới, nhằm hỗ trợ quá trình hòa nhập và khởi đầu hành trình phát triển cùng Công ty. Thông qua chương trình, các thành viên đã được:

- Giới thiệu tổng quan về công ty và thương hiệu idsMED,
- Tìm hiểu về sản phẩm – dịch vụ chủ lực,
- Nắm bắt mô hình vận hành và chức năng của một số bộ phận trọng yếu.

Orientation không chỉ là hoạt động đào tạo, mà còn là cầu nối đưa các thành viên mới đến gần hơn với văn hóa, tầm nhìn và giá trị cốt lõi của idsMED.
