Dear Valued Customers,  

In light of the recent announcement by our Prime Minister, idsMED will be taking precautionary measures by limiting our team’s visits to hospitals and healthcare institutions as much as possible. This action is made according to the Malaysian government’s precautionary measures to curb the spread of the evolving COVID-19 virus.

We will ensure that our team adhere to the proper Disease Control and Prevention if we are required to visit the hospitals and healthcare institutions.

As we aim to provide our continuous support and services to our valued customers, our team will be in touch via emails and telephone calls from 18th to 31st March 2020.
