Harshanth will lead the Group’s Medical IT Solutions strategy. In addition to his regional role in Medical IT, Harshanth will be assigned projects, initiatives and assignments to also actively participate in supporting the quantum business growth of idsMED Malaysia.
Harshanth will champion the roll-out of Medical IT solutions across the region, initially focusing on Malaysia. Together with Adzuan, Harshanth will be working very closely with Country MD’s and senior management to drive sales of Medical IT products commencing with “My Healthcare”, a hospital IT platform product.Harshanth is a practicing doctor since his graduation in 2008. Before joining idsMED, he was a Resident Medical Officer with Gleneagles Hospital since 2015. Besides his clinical role in the Emergency and Trauma Department, he was also the medical officer in charge of establishing a Primary Medical Facility in Johor.
Ms. Wan happens to be the 1st employee of idsMED Malaysia. She is a veteran member of the Management Team with more than 35 years’ experience in the Medical Supplies Industry. With her nursing background, coupled with continuous engagement with healthcare professionals & caregivers, she is able to advise and guide the team towards delivering quality customer experience. Besides her current role in education, she is also actively supporting the 2 branch managers in Sabah & Sarawak to expand the business in East Malaysia.
Benjamin Low is currently the Director of Engineering and Head of PMO in idsMED Malaysia. In this role, Benjamin Low will be the overall in charge of the idsMED Malaysia Biomedical Engineering Business. He is responsible for championing its growth and to support the national sales and project commercial teams to achieve the Strategic Plan goals for idsMED Malaysia. Benjamin Low is also tasked of setting up and overseeing the newly established function of Project Management Office (PMO).
Benjamin Low is an experienced Services Business Leader with 22 years of demonstrated history working in the hospital healthcare industry. He is skilled in Negotiation, Medical Devices, Management, Leadership, Organizational skills, Project & Solution Portfolio Management Business Strategy. Benjamin Low graduated with Bachelor of Engineering degree in Biomedical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor.
Bryan Au is currently the Director of Finance of idsMED Malaysia. He started in his career as an auditor in TH Law & Co for 2 years before joining idsMED in April 2003. Throughout 15 years’ working experience in idsMED, he has accumulated his commercial experience and moved up his career as Senior Manager – Finance.
Bryan Au hold an Advance Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting). He is also a Chartered Accountant (MIA) in Malaysia and a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Leslie Michael, helms the Operations for idsMED Malaysia. He spearheads crucial domains including Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, and Logistics. With a strong track record in operation management, Leslie will be pioneering executional change initiatives.
Drawing from his extensive experience, he brings a wealth of expertise garnered during his tenure at renowned MNC and local organizations in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical retail and medical equipment/device industries in the broad spectrum of Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
Leslie holds an MBA from Kuala Lumpur Infrastructure University College (KLIUC) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) major in Management from the University of Sunderland. He is certified with Transport Asset Protection Association (TAPA), Neuro-Semantics (NLP), Train the Trainer (HRDF certified) and Road Transport Fleet Management – Competency Certified (by The Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT)).
