From 7 to 9 May 2025, the Greater Asia Baxter Partner Summit 2025 brought together Baxter’s extended team and Channel Partners from Greater Asia for three days of strategic dialogue to exchange views and experiences, foster partnerships, and recognise achievements. Held at the prestigious Shangri-La Bangkok Hotel in Thailand, the summit included strategy updates from global and regional leaders, in-depth sharing of best practices, product and solutions showcases, and hands-on training. The event culminated in the highly anticipated Awards Ceremony, recognising partners who displayed exceptional performance for the year.
idsMED Singapore was honoured to be part of this dynamic event, represented by Mr. Shrikanth Sankar, Managing Director & SVP; Mr. Michael Pan, Director for Medical Solutions; and representatives from the Global Surgical Solutions (GSS), Patient Support Systems (PSS) and Project teams.
Standing out among other Channel Partners, idsMED Singapore received two major awards in the following categories:
- Sales Attainment Award (idsMED Singapore)
- Advanced Premium Bed Champion (PSS Team)
The Awards Ceremony, held by the scenic Chao Phraya River, was a highlight of the summit. The Sales Attainment Award was presented by Mr. Peter Quinlan, Managing Director at Baxter Healthcare, Greater Asia, in recognition of idsMED Singapore’s outstanding performance and collective effort.
The PSS Team was equally overjoyed to receive the Advanced Premium Bed Champion Award from Mr. Rinaldo Bronconi, Head of Service EMEA and APAC at Baxter International Inc. This award is a testament to the team’s collaborative spirit and dedication in providing solutions to improve the quality of life of patients.
Beyond the accolades, the summit also served as a platform for knowledge exchange. Mr. Jeff Teoh, Senior Solutions Specialist for the PSS Team, was invited to share his experiences and valuable insights into working alongside healthcare professionals in the field.
Reflecting on the event, Mr. Chen Xiao Feng, Project Specialist, shared: “During the Baxter Summit, I had the opportunity to hear about various challenges faced by other channel partners and how they’ve overcome those issues. The valuable insights would help me navigate similar situations in the future.”
