Medan Hospital Introduces Next-Generation Robotic Surgery
In March 2026, Murni Teguh Memorial Hospital Medan became the first hospital in western Indonesia to install the Edge® MP1000 Multi-port Endoscopic Robotic Surgical System. Following surgeon training in China and onsite technical sessions, the system was successfully installed and used to perform the hospital’s first robotic-assisted surgeries, marking a significant step forward for minimally invasive surgical care in the Sumatra region.

The Silent Filter: Are Your Kidneys Healthy?
Chronic kidney disease (CKD) often develops quietly, with symptoms appearing late. High blood pressure and diabetes significantly increase the risk by damaging the kidneys over time. Simple tests like eGFR and urine ACR during routine check-ups can detect problems early. Early screening and proper management can slow progression, protect kidney function, and improve long-term health outcomes.

Give Back Campaign Brings InnoQ Support to Healthcare Partners
As part of its corporate social responsibility efforts, idsMED organised the Give Back Campaign to support healthcare facilities and frontline medical personnel. On 12–13 February and 2–3 March, medical supplies nearing expiration but still within their valid usage period were donated to Columbia Asia Hospital Bukit Rimau, Hospital Umra, PPUM, and Hospital Shah Alam to support patient care and strengthen partnerships.

Exploring Healthcare Solutions with Hospital Leaders Nationwide
From 5–6 March 2026, idsMED Thailand participated in the Annual Conference of the Association of Regional and General Hospital Directors at Sheraton Hua Hin Resort & Spa, bringing together around 300 hospital leaders from across the country. The team showcased selected medical solutions and engaged with healthcare administrators to discuss upcoming plans, budgets, and technologies aligned with the Ministry of Public Health’s strategic initiatives.

On 18 September 2025, idsMED Vietnam held its Q2 FY26 Country Town Hall, uniting the Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi offices. MD & SVP Ms. Khuong Ho shared business updates, celebrated key projects, and emphasised unity in achieving FY26 goals, while also highlighting mental well-being and introducing the Monthly Coffee Chat with MD program. HR announced AAA Family Day 2025 dates, followed by a Q&A and Mid-Autumn greetings with gifts from the Ho Chi Minh City Branch Union.
