Basic Ultrasound Talk, Kota Baru- Kelantan

On 15th September 2017, idsMED had organized a customized event mainly for doctors in GP market. It was a full day event with 2 similar sessions conducted in the morning and afternoon respectively. Unlike hospitals, Clinic setup and requirement are much basic yet comprehensive to provide patient consultations and initial medical care within a community-based setting. Hence, idsMED provide a platform to educate and clinically sharing on tips and tricks in abdominal ultrasound scanning and Introduction to 3D/4D ultrasound. The talk was led by our application specialist from principal, GE Healthcare as well as idsMED clinical specialist. With years of experience, both speakers were able to create a fruitful discussion among the crowd with ultrasound knowledge. A live scanning was conducted at the later part of session to share the dos and don’ts during the scan in real person. During this session, customers were encouraged to ask questions and discuss the challenges during the scan in the past. During the tea break session, customers were also actively hands-on the scanning with GE Healthcare Ultrasound system.
