Global Conference on Integrated Care 2018 (GCIC)

GCIC 2018, organized by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) on 1-3 February 2018, brought together health and social care experts, practitioners, professionals and policy makers with the theme “Advance! Accelerating the Integration of Care”. Emphasis was placed on the urgency to transform health and social care, specifically care integration, enabling integrated care, and transcending boundaries in integrated care. idsMED Singapore was happy to add value to this conference, and be part of the initiative to raise quality of care and support.
