idsMED Indonesia partnered with Genashtim in organising the Vaccination Program for Refugees

idsMED Indonesia collaborated with Genashtim in a special vaccination program for refugees and their families, at the Refugee Learning Nest, Cisarua, Bogor, Indonesia on the 1st and 2nd October 2021.

The Refugee Learning Nest (RLN), Genashtim (www.genashtim.com) and idsMED Indonesia came together for a special vaccination program funded by the generous donations received from anonymous donors . The vaccination program that took place at the Refugee Learning Nest, Cisarua, Bogor, Indonesia, intends to provide vaccination for the Refugees interning with Genashtim, and their family members. The vaccination program was also made available to the refugee teachers from several refugee learning centers and their families too. The program was organised in coordination with the Regional Health Office of Bogor, the local Covid-19 Task Force, and UNHCR Indonesia.

The program aims to vaccinate more than 300 individuals, of which more than 100 of them received their first dose on 1st and 2nd October 2021. The rest will be scheduled for vaccination at the end of October or early November.
