idsMED Indonesia Won The HR Asia Best Companies to Work For in Asia in 4 Consecutive Years

Another proud achievement for idsMED Indonesia when it received “The HR Asia’s Best Companies to Work for in Asia Award” for the 4th consecutive year on October 2, 2020. Once again, we were given recognition for our best practices in promoting great employee engagement and workplace excellence in Indonesia.

In 2017, idsMED won the award from 189 companies from various industries across Indonesia which participated in the program for the first time. We took part in two surveys conducted by HR Asia: The HR Asia Employee Input Survey and The HR Asia Workplace and Employee Engagement Survey.  The judges were an independent panel of industry experts, academics, journalists, and government representatives

In the following year 2018, idsMED was again recognized and awarded by HR Asia as one of Indonesia’s Best Companies to Work for.   idsMED received the award on May 4, 2018 during the celebratory dinner at JW Marriot Hotel Jakarta which featured a keynote speech from Indonesia’s Manpower Minister—Hanif Dhakiri.

In 2019, for the third consecutive year, idsMED Indonesia once again received HR Asia’s award for Best Companies to Work for in Asia. This time it was solely judged by employees based on a different model of survey called the Total Engagement Assessment Model (T.E.A.M).  12,772 employees from 280 international and local companies across the country took part in the survey which covered issues on corporate culture, employee engagement, and team dynamics. Fifty employees of idsMED Indonesia participated in the T.E.A.M survey which is confidential and self-administered by nominated employees in a clustered random sampling.

This journey of winning the award during the pandemic is significant for idsMED. We are proud of our achievement even without the limelight of a big celebration. idsMED is shining through with a powerful message from Rufi Susanto President of idsMED Group in the Global Premiere: Employee First.
