A new and meaningful partnership has emerged between idsMED Singapore and HCA Hospice!

Under a new service model, idsMED Singapore is providing a streamlined solution to HCA Hospice to manage the logistics of their equipment on loan and inventory management system project.

During the planning stage of this project, the idsMED team met with the team from HCA Hospice, including nurses, through in-person and online meetings to discuss and understand the requirements and expectations for bringing this project to realisation. Regular meetings and reviews were conducted with HCA Hospice and improvements were made to improve the process work flows and controls.

According to the HCA, the fulfillment of equipment loan requests usually takes between two or more working days, depending on the availability of resources and logistics arrangements. Now with the new service model, patients and their families can expect to receive their requested equipment within two working days, subject to availability.

With the tracking of all equipment on loan, returns and inventory movements in place, as well as a dedicated professional engineering team in service, both staff and patients will be able to free up valuable time.

Congratulations to the colleagues from the Operations, DMI, and IT teams for their tireless and patient work in ensuring that the project meets its goal.

Great effort, Team idsMED SG!
