idsMED Singapore’s Medical Aesthetics Organises Workshops at Clinics

idsMED Singapore is taking their customers beyond the aesthetic product brochures to give them the look and feel of the product. Promoting product demonstration by certified professionals can better stimulate customers’ interest and help them develop a sense of ownership of the product.

Two workshops to demo TargetCool products were organised by idsMED Singapore’s Medical Aesthetics team on 19-20 April 2023. The workshops were held at two aesthetics clinics - the EHA Clinic Shaw Centre and the Ageless Medical. A total of 30 participants, comprising doctors from various aesthetics clinics and colleagues from idsMED Indonesia attended these workshops.



Certified Plastic Surgeon and Dermalift Inventor, Professor Lee Young Seob was invited to share his experience on the TargetCool device in both workshops to elaborate on its features, functions, and applications.



At the EHA Clinic Shaw Centre, participants were able to observe live product demonstrations conducted by Dr. Elias Tan, CoolHealth Advisory Board Member and Medical Director of EHA Clinic Shaw Centre. He demonstrated TargetCool’s effectiveness in reducing pain during injectable treatments and the use of the boosting nozzle for even distribution of anti-ageing serum for maximum absorption.



Similar live product demonstrations were conducted at the Ageless Medical Clinic by Dr. Lam Bee Lan, CoolHealth Advisory Board Member and Medical Director of Ageless Medical.
