Lunch and Learn Session: Exploring ILTC Products

On 21 March 2025, a group of 27 employees from the idsMED Singapore office attended an engaging Lunch and Learn session hosted by the ILTC FSS team, who had just concluded their in-house roadshow for their nursing home customers. Given that all the equipment was present on-site at the idsMED Learning Academy, the team deemed it a great opportunity to introduce their product range to fellow idsMED employees in the various departments for better product knowledge and understanding.

The event kicked off with a delicious lunch of Ayam Geprek from Papa Ayam that was ordered in for the attendees. Everyone gathered at the office lounge and enjoyed an unrushed time of mingling with colleagues over a good meal. This offered a relaxed setting for employees before heading into the main session at 1 pm.

Attendees came from various departments, like finance, engineering support, inventory management, sales order management, and revenue funnel management. This unique session, titled “Insights into our ILTC Sector”, provided everyone the rare opportunity to interact directly with ILTC products, moving beyond just product names on documents or specifications in reports. The hands-on experience enabled the attendees to better understand the practical applications and real-world impact of the products they work with. Many employees who had never seen ILTC’s product range before found this session to be quite an exciting and informative experience.

The ILTC team guided the group through their whole range of products, including electronic beds, shower systems, rehab solutions, and more. A segment also included some InnoQ products that were presented according to how they could contribute to the ILTC care area.

In going through every equipment, the team explained the different features and benefits, demonstrating how each piece of equipment enhances the quality of care in long-term settings. Employees eagerly inquired about the equipment, with much laughter as some colleagues ended up being the subjects of product demonstrations.

The Lunch and Learn session was a success, sparking enthusiasm in deepening employees’ understanding of the products for improved care in long-term settings. The event ended with positive feedback, leaving participants feeling more connected and informed about the ILTC care products.
