In Singapore, Nurses’ Day is celebrated annually on 1 August as a special occasion to honour the dedication, compassion and resilience of nurses. As an integral part of the healthcare system, nurses play a vital role in delivering safe, compassionate and patient-centred care every day.
This Nurses’ Day, idsMED Singapore was honoured to join our healthcare partners in celebrating the nursing community through several meaningful events. From interactive product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions to simple gestures of appreciation, our teams had the opportunity to connect with healthcare professionals, exchange insights and, most importantly, express our gratitude for the difference nurses make every day.
Celebrating at National Heart Centre Singapore
On 31 July 2026, a day ahead of Nurses’ Day, idsMED Singapore was pleased to take part in the Nurses’ Day celebration at the National Heart Centre Singapore (NHCS).
Our team hosted an interactive booth featuring demonstrations of surgical care and infection control solutions, providing an opportunity to showcase their applications while engaging directly with healthcare professionals. Through these conversations, we gained valuable insights into the needs and challenges faced by healthcare teams, while sharing how relevant solutions can support their daily practice.
Adding to the celebration, we also hosted a complimentary coffee cart for attendees. Over a cup of coffee, our team had the opportunity to thank nurses for their tireless dedication and the invaluable care they provide to patients and their families each day.
Connecting with the Nursing Community at Woodlands Health
We were also pleased to participate in the Nurses’ Day Celebration at Woodlands Health (WH), where our team connected with nurses and healthcare professionals through product demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
The event provided a valuable platform to share insights into infection control and surgical care solutions, while engaging healthcare professionals in conversations about their experiences, priorities and day-to-day challenges. These interactions helped us better understand the evolving needs of healthcare teams and explore how innovative solutions can support them in delivering quality patient care.
Beyond the products and technologies showcased, the celebration was a meaningful reminder of the importance of partnership and collaboration between healthcare professionals and the healthcare industry.
Celebrating Nurses Across IHH Singapore
In conjunction with Nurses’ Day, idsMED Singapore also had the pleasure of participating in the IHH SG Nurses’ Day 2026 celebration at Gardens by the Bay, which brought together nurses from across IHH Singapore hospitals.
Our team connected with the nursing community through engaging discussions and product demonstrations, sharing knowledge and insights while introducing healthcare solutions designed to support clinical teams in their daily practice.
More importantly, the event allowed us to celebrate the people behind the care — the nurses whose professionalism, compassion and commitment continue to make a meaningful difference to patients and communities.
