Ready or not, the New Normal is coming! And, we obviously choose to be ready! How are we going to continue life as we know it but still stay safe? Some changes are to be made in how we handle our jobs, business and life. This is what some of our colleagues are currently doing in idsMED Indonesia, especially the Clinical Application Specialists (Apps) team.

The team is actively preparing some alternatives to deliver education and training. Both the Apps team and healthcare workers are struggling together to fight the limitation. One possible thing to do is utilizing the internet as the bridge of communication. To educate and train healthcare workers throughout Indonesia the Apps team used some applications, such as MS Teams and Zoom.

The Apps team also made a video tutorial about the use of medical devices with the help of the Marcomm idsMED Indonesia team. This aims to simplify the process of education and training.

This preparation is expected to be a good example for idsMED in welcoming the "New Normal" and assisting healthcare workers in combating COVID-19.

The New Normal means that what we do may go back to normal, but many times it is how we do that we must change. What does New Normal look at your place?
