From 7–10 June 2026, idsMED Malaysia participated in the Malaysian Sterile Service Association (MSSA) 31st Annual General Meeting, Conference & Exhibition 2026, held at Bayview Beach Resort, Penang. The event brought together sterile service professionals, healthcare practitioners, and industry partners to exchange knowledge and explore advancements in sterile processing, infection prevention, and patient safety.

Held under the theme “Education is the Core of Sterile Success”, the conference provided a valuable platform for participants to discuss best practices, share expertise, and stay informed about the latest developments in sterile processing and quality assurance. It also fostered collaboration among healthcare professionals committed to advancing sterilisation standards and enhancing patient safety.

During the exhibition, idsMED showcased the Renosem Reno-S20, highlighting its role in supporting efficient sterilisation processes and maintaining high standards of infection control within healthcare facilities.

The event also enabled meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals and industry stakeholders. The idsMED Infection Control team had the opportunity to connect with Datin Wai Maiza, Head of CSSD Malaysia, and Mr Chia, Principal Regional Asia at Steelco Belimed. These interactions strengthened industry relationships and facilitated discussions on innovations in sterile processing and infection prevention.
