Apirada is the Managing Director & Senior Vice President of idsMED Thailand, following her tenure as Director – Finance & RFM. Since joining idsMED, she has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s financial performance, operational excellence, and business transformation, leading initiatives including sales funnel management, performance dashboards, workflow optimisation, and bottom-up budgeting. With extensive experience spanning auditing, accounting, finance, human resources, logistics, and information technology across the manufacturing, services, finance, and pharmaceutical industries, she brings a broad strategic perspective to business leadership. As Managing Director, she oversees the company’s overall operations and growth, driving sustainable performance and organisational excellence.
Phanu is a Director II Consumables. His responsible for Medical devices & Consumable business. He has joined IDSMED Thailand since February 2018.
He has experienced in Sales & Marketing more than 30 years in multinational healthcare company. His most experience areas are in Surgical disposable and equipment market.
His got Master Degreed in Business Administration (Finance) at Ramkamheang University and was graduated in bachelor’s degree of Science (Radiological Technology).
Stephen is currently the Operation Director of joined idsMED Thailand. He is in charging of leading the Thailand Operation Team to achieve Operation Excellence.
He started his career from our Fung Group headquarter Hong Kong as a Management Trainee in Li & Fung (Trading) Limited. He was then admitted as the Fung Group Program for Management Development (PMD) Management Associate. He has been exposed in different business unit including merchandising, retailing, logistics before joining idsMED. Starting Nov 2013 as Senior Manager—Operations, Stephen spent his initial days with idsMED Hong Kong to guide and stabilize the integration of the first acquisition. He was soon assigned to idsMED Thailand when idsMED entered the Thai market. Over the years, Stephen has built the Operations Department in idsMED Thailand from scratch, and continuously improving on the operations KPI’s. Stephen holds a Bachelor degree of Business Administration in the Chinese University of Hong Kong and MBA degree in Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.
Natapol is a senior Manager – HR. He joined idsMED Thailand in August 2022. He covers full spectrum of Human Resource and General Administration which enhance idsMED Thailand to meet its business operation requirements including strategic goals.
Natapol has more than 20 years’ experience in various Human Resource fields including working as a Learning and Development Specialist for many years before working as an HR generalist for more than 10 years in 4 different industries. He graduated master’s degree in Public Administration from Chulalongkorn University.
With over a decade of experience across various IT domains, Natapole brings a strong background in Learning and Development, having spent several years in the field before transitioning to IT management. His extensive expertise in the healthcare industry further strengthens his ability to drive technological advancements that support business growth.
