Shrikanth joined idsMED Group in 2020 to lead the Group’s multiple strategic development projects. Shrikanth Sankar is the Managing Director & EVP – Group BSC, in addition to his current role of Managing Director & EVP – Singapore.
Shrikanth has close to 30 years of experience in healthcare, private equity and industry business sectors. He spent a good majority of his time in Indonesia and developed his career principally in ASEAN. Before joining idsMED, Shrikanth was the CEO of Omni Hospitals Group in Jakarta which has a portfolio of 4 hospitals. Omni Hospitals is a company of Sorac Capital Partners, where Shrikanth concurrently held the position of Group CFO. During his stint with Omni Hospitals, he completed two new greenfield hospital projects and was also instrumental in closing a significant funding project for the expansion of the hospital group.
Before Shrikanth joined Sorac, he held various senior finance positions with investment companies. He was the Vice President Finance, Coal Infrastructure Business with PT Mitratama Perkasa where he had experience in M&A, Integration, Corporate Finance and Treasury Management. Before that he was the Head of Indonesian Operations and Director of Corporate Finance for Ludlow Capital, where he acted as the operating partner with portfolio companies to turnaround and grow their businesses for exit preparation.
Shrikanth holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification in India and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay.

Michael is currently the General Manager – Singapore, where he is responsible for driving business growth and building key customer relationships in both Public Hospital and Private Hospital segments. In his role, Michael works closely with the country management team, frontline sales team, various internal stakeholders, and principals to achieve Singapore’s overall goals and objectives.
Michael joined then idsMED in 2009 as an engineer and later as a Management Trainee. Due to his consistent performance, he was promoted to Manager – Medical Products and then to Senior Manager - Infection Control & Surgical Workplace care segment in 2016.
Before joining idsMED, Michael worked at various MNCs in semiconductor industry where he delivered multiple Process Improvement Projects for Quality Control and Technical Service divisions.
Michael holds a Degree in Engineering with First Class Honours from National University of Singapore.
Katherine Teo is currently the Director of Finance of Singapore, responsible for all the entities in Singapore. She joined the company in 2001 as an Accountant for the Medical Division and has accumulated her commercial experience throughout her 22 years working in the previous and current idsMED Group.
Katherine Teo holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Financial Accounting & Marketing. She is also a member of CPA Australia.
He brings 27 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, with strong expertise in manufacturing. Before joining idsMED, Edward held key positions in leading FMCG, electronics, and semiconductor manufacturing companies such as Groupe SEB, General Mills, Agilent Technologies, and Hewlett-Packard. His career spans several regions, including China, the United States, and Europe.
Edward holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Benjamin joined idsMED Group in June 2021 after completing the Fung Group’s PMD Program. Since then, he has taken on multi-country roles across Singapore, Taiwan, and Vietnam, where he has held leadership responsibilities spanning Operations, Sales, Product Development, Engineering, Revenue Funnel Management (RFM), and Marketing Communications.
He currently serves as the Director of Operations and Revenue Funnel Management (RFM) in Singapore. In this capacity, he oversees the Operations portfolio under the Group BSC Unit while leading the RFM portfolio within idsMED Singapore.
Before joining idsMED, Benjamin spent seven years in the aviation industry with Singapore Airlines, where he held roles in Airline Commercial Partnerships, Procurement, and served as Project Manager for Inflight Entertainment Systems Development.
Benjamin holds a Master of Business Administration (Dean’s List) from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Summa Cum Laude) from the University at Buffalo, State University of New York, USA.
