Understanding Neurodiversity
Neurodiversity refers to natural differences in how the brain develops and functions, including conditions such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and dyslexia. These variations affect learning, attention, behaviour, and social interaction. Early identification and personalised support—such as behavioural, speech, or educational therapy—can improve long-term outcomes and help individuals develop their strengths.

The Gateway to Wellness: Oral Health
Oral health is closely linked to overall health. Gum disease, caused by bacterial buildup and inflammation, has been associated with heart disease and can worsen blood sugar control in people with diabetes. The relationship works both ways. Daily brushing, flossing, and regular dental check-ups help prevent problems early — because a healthy mouth supports a healthier body.
