Dr. Victor Fung is Chairman of idsMED and Chairman of the Fung Group, a Hong Kong-based multinational with businesses spanning trading, logistics, distribution, retail, and healthcare. As one of the key leaders behind the Group's long-term growth, he has played an instrumental role in expanding its global presence and driving innovation across its diverse businesses.

He holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Doctorate in Business Economics from Harvard University, where he also taught before returning to the family business. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Fung has held numerous leadership positions across business, academia, and public service, contributing to the advancement of international trade, education, and economic development.

Mr. Ben Chang is the Deputy Chairman and Founder of IDS Medical Systems Group (idsMED), the healthcare arm of the Fung Group.

He founded idsMED in 2011 and served as its Group Chief Executive Officer, leading the company's growth into one of ASEAN's leading providers of medical distribution and healthcare supply chain solutions. In his current role as Deputy Chairman and Founder, he continues to provide strategic guidance, supporting the Group's long-term growth, innovation and regional expansion while strengthening its position as a trusted healthcare solutions partner across Asia.

Before his leadership roles within the Fung Group, Mr. Chang was a Senior Vice-President and partner of Havi Group LP, where he spent 13 years expanding Havi's Asian operations and providing end-to-end supply chain services to McDonald's across the Asia-Pacific region. Mr. Chang also founded and successfully grew Domino's Pizza Malaysia between 1997 and 2007.
