idsMED Vietnam CEO Townhall and Annual Awards and Appreciation 2022

On 21 October 2022, idsMED Vietnam held its most important internal event of the year, the CEO Townhall and the Annual Awards and Appreciation (AAA) 2022. The event was held onsite at the Hanoi branch and online via Zoom to accommodate attendees from all the idsMED branches nationwide.

idsMED Vietnam was pleased to welcome the idsMED Group leaders: Mr. Ben Chang, Group CEO and Founding Partner; Mr. Rufi Susanto, Group President; and Mr. Muhammad Ata, Senior Vice President, Strategic Front Office Unit.

This was a special opportunity for all idsMED Vietnam members to gather for the CEO Townhall and listen to the inspiring speech of Mr. Ben Chang.

At the same time, this was also a great opportunity for idsMED Vietnam to express their gratitude to the long-serving individuals with the Loyalty Award and the employees who have demonstrated idsMED’s brand promise "We care with a heart because your life matters" with the Heart Award.

In his closing speech, Mr. Rufi Susanto also gave recognition to the idsMED Vietnam female employees on the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day on 20 October 2022. Mr. Rufi also reminded everyone about the idsMED Vietnam Pledge and expressed that, with determination, solidarity, and unremitting efforts, idsMED Vietnam members will be able to fulfill their goals.
