XERF officially introduced its latest innovation to the Indonesian aesthetic market at the XERF Grand Launch 2026, held on 1–2 June at 25hours Hotel The Oddbird, Jakarta. The event marked the launch of XERF, a Dual-Frequency Monopolar RF technology designed for skin tightening and facial rejuvenation.
The programme commenced with a press conference attended by national media representatives and aesthetic industry professionals on 1 June. Hosted by celebrity MC Dave Hendrik, the session opened with remarks from Andy Rahardja, Vice President of idsMED Aesthetics Indonesia, who reaffirmed the company’s commitment to bringing advanced aesthetic technologies and innovations to healthcare professionals and patients across Indonesia.
Danielle Raballo, Commercial Director, APAC Distributor Markets, Cynosure Lutronic, followed with an overview of the global vision behind XERF, highlighting the technology’s development and growing international presence within the aesthetic industry.
The session continued with a panel discussion featuring two of XERF Indonesia’s Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), dr. Aji Bayu Chandra, owner of Maharva Clinic, and dr. Yohanes Ridora, dermatologist at Kalyce Clinic. Both speakers shared insights into the increasing demand for effective and comfortable skin-tightening treatments and discussed their clinical experiences with the technology.
A key highlight of the press conference was the announcement of Mikha Tambayong as Brand Ambassador for XERF Indonesia. Her appointment reflects the brand values associated with XERF, including confidence, authenticity and a commitment to healthy-looking skin.
Following the media session, guests attended an exclusive meet-and-greet with Dr Do Young Rhee, Director of Heal House Dermatology, Seoul, South Korea, and Mikha Tambayong. The session was attended by representatives from the first ten clinics in Indonesia to adopt XERF technology.
In the evening, the launch celebrations continued with a gala dinner attended by healthcare professionals, business partners and industry stakeholders. Hosted by Dave Hendrik, the event featured welcome addresses from Andy Rahardja and Danielle Raballo before the official unveiling of XERF in Indonesia.
Guests also witnessed the formal introduction of Mikha Tambayong as XERF Indonesia’s Brand Ambassador, followed by the introduction of the brand’s official Key Opinion Leaders by Marisa Theresia, Head of idsMED Aesthetics Indonesia. Dr Aji Bayu Chandra and dr. Yohanes Ridora were formally recognised for their roles in supporting education, training and the advancement of XERF technology across Indonesia.
The evening’s scientific programme included the XERF Talk, moderated by dr. Henry Tanojo, Sp.DVE, FINSDV. Dr Do Young Rhee shared clinical perspectives and the latest developments in aesthetic technology from South Korea, while dr. Yohanes Ridora and dr. Aji Bayu Chandra presented their experiences using XERF in clinical practice.
As part of the programme, idsMED Aesthetics Indonesia presented the XERF First Users Awards to the first ten clinics that adopted the technology and introduced it to their patients. The evening concluded with a dinner reception.
The second day, held on 2 June, focused on education and practical training, providing participants with a deeper understanding of XERF technology and its clinical applications. The programme was delivered through two workshop sessions.
The First Users Workshop was an exclusive training programme for the first adopters of XERF in Indonesia. Moderated by dr. Henry Tanojo, the session featured hands-on training led by Dr Do Young Rhee, dr. Aji Bayu Chandra and dr. Yohanes Ridora. Participants explored treatment protocols, patient selection considerations and practical application techniques based on clinical experience.
The second session, Demo & Workshop, was open to healthcare professionals interested in learning more about XERF technology. Participants observed live treatment demonstrations, explored the capabilities of Dual-Frequency Monopolar RF technology and discussed clinical implementation strategies to support patient outcomes.
Both workshops received strong engagement from participants, combining educational content with practical experience. Through these sessions, XERF reinforced its commitment to supporting continuous learning and professional development within Indonesia’s aesthetic community.
