idsMED Indonesia Empowers Surgeons with Innovation at THRONE & LOVE 2025

The 4th Thoracic Indonesia Meeting (THRONE) and 3rd SOLO Vascular and Endovascular Meeting (LOVE) brought together experts from August 1–3, 2025, to address current challenges in thoracic and vascular treatment. idsMED supported a Pleural Procedure Workshop, introducing cutting-edge tools like the Redad Drentect Compact. With 100+ participants gaining hands-on experience, idsMED’s involvement enriched learning and advanced medical innovation in Indonesia.

This year’s event, focused on “Current Updates and Challenges in Treating Thoracic and Vascular Problems,” took place from August 1–3, 2025, at the Faculty of Medicine, Sebelas Maret University (UNS), and Dr. Moewardi General Hospital.

The program covered a wide range of compelling topics from early-stage to advanced lung cancer, thoracic trauma, and combined thoracic-vascular cases delivered by distinguished international speakers who shared fresh insights and diverse perspectives.

As part of its commitment to advancing medical technology in Indonesia, idsMED contributed to organising a Pleural Procedure Workshop. During the session, idsMED introduced the Redad Drentect Compact, Thoracic Trocar, and Thoracic Catheter.

The workshop drew the participation of around 100 thoracic surgeons, general practitioners, and medical students, all of whom engaged enthusiastically in the sessions, including hands-on practice with the medical devices. This interactive approach provided participants with valuable practical experience that strengthened both their knowledge and technical skills.

Through its support of THRONE & LOVE 2025, idsMED not only enriched the learning experience for healthcare professionals but also showcased innovative solutions with real-world impact, further contributing to the advancement of healthcare services in Indonesia.
