CEO Townhall and Annual Award & Appreciation 2019

The CEO Townhall was a great platform for fellow employees to gain in-depth insights of the idsMED’s year-to-date financial standing as well as the group’s vision for the upcoming 2021-2023, presented by Group CEO and founding partner, Ben Chang. There were many interesting questions raised pertaining to the future plans during the Q&A session from the excited employees.

The Annual Award & Appreciation ceremony was then commenced with the demonstration of employees that have grown with the organization for 5, 10 and 15 years. As “LOYALTY” is one of idsMED’s core value, the organization has taken this liberty to celebrate and honour the employees with a plaque and a gold coin.  The value and size of the gold coin awarded increases with the years of services completed by the employee.

There are a total of 16 awardees this year.

The 5-year awardees are:

The Heart Award is an annual, country-based recognition award.
