On December 3, 2018, idsMED Vietnam – Hanoi Headquarter Office organized the E-Catalogue Launching Ceremony. The Launching of E-Catalogue was honored to be attended by Mr. Ben Chang, CEO and Cofounding Partner of idsMED Group and Mr. Lim Gooi Hwa, CEO of idsMED Vietnam.

Keeping up with the latest trends in technology development, idsMED Vietnam has developed an E-Catalogue Apps. The E Catalogue will support users of the Product Research and Sales team to deliver the most complete introductions, including product specifications, product photos and videos as well as video tutorials. Moreover, the application supports users in updating the quantity and status of products in warehouse quickly and easily.

At the event, Mr. Ben Chang presented IPads with pre-installed E-Catalogue application to representatives including directors, managers and sales representatives. The Ipads are expecting to be an effective tool to bring professional images of idsMED and assist Sales Specialists to research and introduce the products easier.

“We have had this Apps in various country and I’m very happy to see this in Viet Nam. I’m sure as we go along, there’ll be many other activities that we can put on our ipads and E-Catalogue is a very good start. I’d like to thank everybody who’ve worked so hard for this project” - Mr. Ben Chang shared.

E-Catalogue has successfully implemented in idsMED Ho Chi Minh City Branch, greatly supported employees in introducing products to customers.
