Improving Maternal–Fetal Outcomes Through Advances in Ultrasound Imaging

The 20th Joint SingHealth Course on Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and COGS Scientific Meeting, incorporating the 12th SingHealth Maternal Medicine Course, was held from 14–16 May 2026 at Conrad Singapore Marina Bay. The COGS Scientific Meeting is the annual conference organised by the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, Singapore.

At the event, idsMED Singapore, together with GE HealthCare, showcased innovative ultrasound solutions that support advancements in maternal–fetal care, in line with the event theme, “Optimising Fetomaternal Care: From Diagnosis to Delivery.”

At the exhibition booth, idsMED Singapore and GE HealthCare presented a range of advanced ultrasound systems designed to support obstetric and gynaecological imaging across various clinical settings. Healthcare professionals had the opportunity to explore the systems’ capabilities and clinical applications through live demonstrations conducted by the Imaging Teams from both organisations. The team also shared insights into how these technologies can enhance diagnostic confidence, improve workflow efficiency, and support clinicians in delivering timely, quality patient care amid increasing healthcare demands.

Beyond the exhibition, the event provided a valuable platform for healthcare professionals, industry experts, and partners to network, exchange knowledge, and stay abreast of the latest developments and innovations in women’s health and maternal medicine. The meaningful interactions and discussions throughout the event reflected the shared commitment within the healthcare community to advancing maternal–fetal care and improving patient outcomes.
