Equipping for Excellence: idsMED Singapore’s FEAST Training for New FSS and BME Staff

This July, idsMED Singapore hosted a Field Excellence Attributes, Skills and Talents (FEAST) Training for its newest FSS and BME hires. This intensive yet enriching programme was held at the idsMED Learning Academy from 4 – 5 July 2024 and aimed to equip the participants with essential skills to enhance their daily performance.

The team had the opportunity to hear from the expert trainer Mr. Danny Pradhana, the Vice President of Learning & Development from Corporate HR, who flew in from Indonesia to personally conduct the sessions. His involvement in this training underscored idsMED’s commitment to fostering expertise and excellence within its teams.

The sessions covered a range of topics such as crafting effective elevator pitches, mastering consultative selling techniques, refining presentation and communication skills, honing negotiation tactics, enhancing problem-solving abilities, and developing social charisma. For the benefit of the team, Mr. Danny Pradhana specifically tailored the training content to align closely with the Singaporean context, ensuring its practical relevance and applicability.
