idsMED Singapore Exhibits at Singapore Healthcare Management 2024 Congress

Organised by SingHealth, the Singapore Healthcare Management (SHM) congress provides a platform for local and international thought leaders to share their insights, best practices and new ideas with healthcare professionals, administrators, and industry partners in Singapore and the region.

This year, idsMED Singapore successfully showcased over 60 medical products covering care areas like airway management, infection prevention control, imaging, patient support system, surgical, and more at the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Singapore from 13 - 15 August 2024.

The three-day congress kicked off with an opening performance, followed by a welcome address by Organising Chairman, Mr. Tan Jack Thian, Group Chief Operating Officer, SingHealth, and an opening address by Guest-of-Honour, Dr. Vivian Balakrishnan, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Singapore.

At the event, idsMED Singapore took time to fully prepare their booths with a wide range of products at the back of the ballroom to receive attendees. The attendees had the opportunity to browse through the products and learn more details about the products of their interest.

Our Field Sales Specialist (FSS), InnoQ and Medical Specialty Care (MSC) teams were stationed at specific care areas, and they enthusiastically shared the details of the products on display with interested attendees. The attendees’ feedback and concerns were duly addressed, creating a holistic experience for everyone involved.

Apart from the exhibition, an assortment of presentations and discussion sessions were organised, encouraging the sharing of useful insights and exchange of ideas while igniting much-needed conversations among the relevant healthcare professionals and administrators. Topics such as patient experience and sustainability were also discussed.

We hope that the product information shared during the engagements will help existing users operate the products smoothly and assist new prospects in better understanding products of their interest.

The dedication and collaborative efforts from various teams, whether big or small, contributed to the resounding success of this large-scale event. This event provided an excellent opportunity for idsMED Singapore to showcase our widest variety of products in one place.
