CYBER FRIDAY is a periodical employee virtual meeting held on the 3rd Friday of every month to update everyone with important information about business activities and operations by the BOD, HR and other departments. On 17th September 2021, the first Cyber Friday was successfully conducted via Zoom and the meeting was attended by many idsMED Vietnam members. idsMED Vietnam’s BOD and members created a spirit of open sharing with two-way discussions which led to a very fruitful meeting.
The meeting started with Mr. Lim Gooi Hwa – MD & SVP (Vietnam) giving the opening speech and he was followed by Mr. Nguyen Van Hiep – MD & SVP (Vietnam), who gave an overview of the current business situation, upcoming challenges, and an action plan to achieve the set goals. The program continued with Ms. Thuy La - Senior Manager (HR) with updates about new insurance policies and programs, implementation of Covid-19 vaccination for employees and the mid-year evaluation.
The excitement of the Cyber Friday meeting increased when MarCom shared idsMED’s 10th Anniversary Celebratory Activities and the announcement of the winners of the Challenge and prizes awarded by idsMED Vietnam. Congratulations to all the winners!
The Q&A session was highly engaging, with a series of questions posed by the members, all of which received thorough answers from the company’s leaders.
At the end of Cyber Friday, Mr. Hiep Nguyen expressed his gratitude to all employees for their dedication and resilience amidst difficulties and obstacles to accomplish today’s achievements. He also encouraged each employee to actively speak up so that they could be heard and supported by the company as quickly as possible.
