idsMED Vietnam organised the masterclass training on "The Importance of Customer Centricity" at the Bach Mai Hospital with Mr. Leonard Ling - Principal Consultant, idsMED Group as the trainer. During the course, the 22 trainees, all of whom are physicians of Bach Mai hospital, discussed the importance of customer service, the driving forces behind customer satisfaction and how to measure customer satisfaction.
Speaking at the course, Mr. Lim Gooi Hwa – Country Managing Director of idsMED Vietnam, pointed out that: “Customer care is a very important factor in the field of business, especially in the health sector. Hopefully, this course would provide us useful knowledge and experience in customer service.”
