Let’s Get Fit with idsMED Indonesia - Final

As the participants try to reduce their weight, Let’s Get Fit event finally comes to an end.  Facilitated by the HR&GA team, the event has delivered Health Talk and Group Exercises during the past three months. Around 50 participants joined a free basic medical examination supported by Siloam Hospital and recorded their final measurements. The basic medical checkup included cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid level.

On December 13^th, 2019 at Education and Training Room 17th Floor, the final health talk was presented by dr. Hario Tilarso, Sp.KO, FACSM. He is a healthy life consultant from Life Spa Fitness Center. He enlightened the participants by explaining the tips of healthy living.

The event was also filled with various games such as Balance War, (S)he thinks (S)he Knows, and TerKa (Tebak Receh Kata) games. Balance War is a maintaining-body-balance game, the second one is a game that requires knowledge and understanding, and TerKa is a game that requires speed and accuracy. The participants were divided into groups to solve the problems within each game.

The winners of the Balance War were SOM & Marcom division, (S)he thinks (S)he knows winners were from IT, CX & APPS division, and the winners of TerKa were from HR & RFM division. After the games, the long-awaited moment finally came. Ms. Irene from HR Department announced the winners of the Let’s Get Fit event.
