idsMED Indonesia at the 7th Annual Neonatology Update 2023

The Indonesian Paediatrician Association East Java Branch, in collaboration with the Neonatology Work Unit of the Indonesian Paediatrician Association, organised the 7th Annual Neonatology Update (ANU) from 9 to 12 August 2023 at The Westin Hotel Surabaya. This event comprised symposiums and workshops, under the theme "Update in Neonatal Management in Daily Practice to Optimize Neonatal Outcome."

The four-day event was inaugurated by the Executive Chairperson, Dr. Risa Etika, Sp.A(K). idsMED Indonesia participated in seven workshops from the 2nd to the 9th in providing support to showcase their medical equipment. The workshops covered a range of topics, including:
• Neonatal Stabilization Post Resuscitation and Pre-Referral
• Basic Mechanical Ventilation featuring equipment such as the SLE 6000 Ventilator, Hamilton C6 Ventilator, and Hamilton T1 Ventilator.
• Non-Invasive Respiratory Support showcasing the Vapotherm equipment.
• Nutritional Support in Preterm Infants
• Birth Asphyxia and Cooling Therapy
• Invasive Procedures in Neonates
• Neonatal Comfort
• PICC and Operative Care for Neonates

In addition to participating in the workshops, the idsMED team, represented by the product, clinical, and sales teams from the Surabaya branch, also hosted a booth featuring idsMED’s equipment, including the Cleo 2000 Incubator, Veinviewer, VLRM, video laryngoscope, GE B155M, Hamilton T1, Surfcath, umbilical catheters, consumables, and RespoKare.

Around 800 participants, including paediatrician consultants, paediatricians, and NICU nurses, attended this event for updates in technology and neonatal management to enhance neonatal care quality.
