idsMED Taiwan - Annual Country Meeting - Annual Award & Appreciation and CEO & HEART Awards

On the morning of 5 March 2018, Taiwan office has started the series of annual national event with the budget meeting, projecting a promising direction of the coming year for the country.

Celebration started on that evening with a festive AAA dinner. This year, our Taiwan office has grown to having 51 staff with the new inclusion of the Pentax team who just joined us in Feb 2018. Everyone dressed up, accessorized with the HEART pin and our logo tattoo sticker, which reminded us our identity and brand promise at all times. To mark the beginning of the event, all colleagues need to sign on an autograph sheet at the entrance to signify their pledge of being a member of the idsMED Taiwan family!

It just so happened that our beloved CEO, Ben Chang’s birthday falls on the same date! Therefore, Taiwan team has prepared a surprise birthday dance and cake cutting for Ben! Again, Happy Birthday, Sir!

Highlight of the night was the presentation of the Long Service Award to Irene Huang who has served us for 10 years. In addition, Taiwan has 2 HEART awardees this year, who are Kelly Huang and Wendy Hung. There were quite some emotional moments when the interviews of other colleagues and nominees were shown to the awardees on the big screen.

The following day started with the Townhall Meeting with Ben, keeping Taiwan on track of our 2017-19 Strategic Plan and prepping Taiwan for yet another adventurous year to come. Last but not the least came the ACM led by Tommy Lui, our Executive Vice President of North Asia, which ended the series of annual
event on a high note. It was a communicative afternoon with lots of discussion and input from each and everyone in the team.

Taiwan is now geared up for the upcoming challenges!
