idsMED Vietnam Organizes Product Training Courses

From January 9 to January 17, the first half of the product training courses is organized for sales professionals (FSS) and product specialists (MSC) at Hanoi branch of idsMED Vietnam. This is a regular training activity organized to foster the professional knowledge and necessary skills for the frontline team of idsMED.

In the framework of the training series, participants were introduced and updated knowledge about products distributed by idsMED in Vietnam such as: Efficia Central Monitor, BCPAP ventilator... Each training session took place in an exciting and effective atmosphere owing to careful preparation of lectures provided by trainers and active engagements of participants.

Despite taking place during lunch break, from 11:30 to 13:30, the 2-hour training courses still attracted the full participation of MSC and FSS members.

After this in-depth product knowledge training program, trainees gain a deeper understanding of the function, quality and specifications of each product, from which they can effectively give advices to support their customers. After Tet holiday, the second half of the training program will be conducted.
