Leonard has over 20 years of experience in People Strategy and Organisation Development in both consulting and corporate environments. His key consulting experiences include process design, job design, and instructional design. His most recent projects have focused on helping companies be more efficient and productive through the articulation and alignment of business and operational strategy and through critical reviews of operational success. Leonard has also been active in helping organizations manage talent better through competency development and improved job design. Leonard has worked with a variety of clients in the private and public sector.

Prior to taking up his current role, Leonard was Director of Business Advisory Services at Ernst and Young Associates (Singapore).  While in that role, he helped clients in a wide spectrum of business efficiency and HR related projects. 

Before joining EYA, Leonard was Deputy Director in the Singapore Workforce Development Agency where he was responsible for medium and long term strategic manpower planning for companies in the healthcare, aerospace, chemicals, process, logistics, marine, pharmaceuticals, and food manufacturing industries.  As part of his work with the WDA, Leonard also played key roles in helping growth industries and individual companies address their shorter-term manpower and human capital challenges.

Leonard has spent the past few years as the Global Head of Human Resources for a London-based International Company where he managed the HRD and HRM functions for employees in 11 cities across the globe.

Hong Huei is a qualified medical practitioner with more than 20 years experience in the healthcare industry. He is a general practitioner with special interest in Occupational Medicine and is registered with the Ministry of Manpower as a Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD).

In addition to his medical practice, he has also pursued his interest in healthcare operations and management through his involvement in Parkway Pantai Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary of main-board listed IHH Healthcare Berhad – one of the largest public-listed integrated healthcare company in the world.

Throughout his tenure with Parkway Pantai Limited, he has helmed Chief Executive positions in the entire spectrum of healthcare operations including Parkway Shenton Pte Ltd (primary care), iXchange Pte Ltd (third-party administration services), Parkway Laboratory Services, Gleneagles Hospital (Singapore), Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Gleneagles Medini Hospital (Malaysia) and Parkway College of Nursing and Allied Health (education). He has also overseen corporate functions involved in strategic planning, business development and corporate development.
