The primary focus is on three pivotal aspects of idsMED’s commitment:

Unwavering Commitment to CSR: Beginning with idsMED Thailand’s partnership with Potisarnpittayakorn School, which embarked on a remarkable CSR program in August 2023 to inspire the future, the company aimed to empower young minds and shape the future of healthcare. This initiative exemplifies idsMED’s dedication to nurturing the next generation and reinforcing ties with the local community.
idsMED Singapore and idsMED Malaysia also showcase their steadfast commitment to CSR by actively participating in community events and initiatives that go beyond mere business endeavours. Their CSR initiatives focus on compassion and care in supporting the community. idsMED Singapore joined the Blossom Seeds Limited Charity Walk and the Singapore Cancer Society’s Race Against Cancer while idsMED Malaysia’s HR team organised a Blood Donation Drive as part of their #MakeLifeBetter campaign.

Prioritising Employee Well-being: idsMED Indonesia takes a proactive approach to boosting employee well-being and productivity, emphasising physical activity among its staff through the Mini Soccer sessions for employees. Similarly, idsMED Philippines focuses on the emotional well-being of its employees through the HR Café series titled “Healthy Minds at Work”. These initiatives underscore idsMED’s unwavering commitment to the holistic well-being of its employees, promoting a cohesive approach to wellness within the organisation.
3. Celebrating Employee Creativity and Fostering Collaboration: idsMED Vietnam organised an event celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival, encouraging employee creativity, teamwork, and collaboration through a “Mid-Autum Gathering with Friendship” contest. Working in groups to create dazzling lanterns and colourful fruit trays, reinforced teamwork within the workplace and a positive impact on the local community.
