A Wild Welcome to 2024: idsMED Malaysia’s New Year Jungle Bash

idsMED Malaysia’s New Year’s Party was held on 18 December 2023 at FoodTree Restaurant in Glenmarie. The event was a tremendous success, marking the end of a memorable year and ushering in the promise of 2024 with a unique jungle and archaeology-themed celebration.

The FoodTree Restaurant transformed into a Jurassic Park setting, with awe-inspiring dinosaurs welcoming the Malaysian staff at the entrance. The atmosphere was magical, as idsMED Malaysia embraced the wild calling with creative and imaginative costumes, ranging from Tarzans, Lady-Tarzans, peacocks, pandas, wolves, and dinosaurs.

Mr. Ben and Kim Chang graced the event dressed in a safari theme, adding to the festive spirit. Ben delivered an inspiring opening speech, reflecting on the past year’s accomplishments, expressing gratitude for the blessings received, and encouraging everyone to appreciate the importance of family and maintaining an excellent work-life balance.

Ben thanked each member’s commitment and shared his visions of idsMED as a dominant leader in the medical industry. He revealed that Malaysia is in a stage of renewal, so the Malaysian team will excel even when currently faced with challenges. Ben stressed that everyone must persevere with faith and belief to overcome these challenges successfully. He compelled idsMED Malaysia to do things correctly, with values and high spirits.

With a delightful buffet dinner and seven fun yet mesmerising performances, the party showcased incredible talent from the different departments. Human Resources organised fun games and several rounds of lucky draws, which kept everyone eagerly anticipating each moment. The Office Appreciation Categories also celebrated individuals for their unique contributions, adding a personal touch to the festivities. The winners for the Office Appreciation were:
