Facing the complicated situation of Covid-19 disease, on Mar 10th, Bach Mai Hospital in collaboration with idsMED Vietnam & Philips organized the workshop “Artificial ventilation seminar for patients with acute respiratory failure (against COVID-19 disease)” for the doctors in the North. The workshop welcomed 200 doctors attending directly in the hall and more than 200 doctors joining remotely via online system. Within the framework of the workshop, the doctors were:

📝 Updated on diagnosis, treatment and prevention of acute respiratory infections caused by new strain of Corona virus (nCov) by Assoc. Do Duy Cuong, Director of Tropical Diseases Center, Bach Mai Hospital.

📝 Updated on artificial ventilation with High flow device for patients with respiratory failure by Dr. Do Ngoc Son, Deputy Head of Emergency Department, Bach Mai Hospital.

📝 Updated on non-invasive artificial ventilation in ARDS by MSc. Pham The Thach, Deputy Head of Department of Biological Sciences, Bach Mai Hospital.

📝 Updated on artificial ventilation for patients with severe ARDS by Assoc. Dang Quoc Tuan, Deputy Head of Department of Biological Resources, Bach Mai Hospital.
