Ben Chang attends idsMED Thailand’s First CEO Townhall for 2022

idsMED Thailand held the first CEO Townhall Meeting on 4 January 2022, attended by

Group CEO and Founding Partner, Mr. Ben Chang. Ben thanked everyone for their hard work, great teamwork and strategic preparation which enabled idsMED to leverage on new opportunities.

According to Ben, idsMED’s investment in a technology platform, known as “Project Eagle,” proved to be beneficial and effective as it improved operational efficiency. For instance, through Project Eagle, the workload usually held by FSS and frontliners eased with the help of the operation team and RFM.

During his speech, Ben also urged the team from idsMED Thailand to pay close attention to the last quarter of 2022, focusing on the 3-year Strategic Plan to improve the revenue stream of InnoQ, Biomed Engineering and Respokare products. In addition, he also highlighted that the new financial products, specifically product leasing, were also important in supporting sales as it enables customers to purchase the products.

Finally, Ben expressed that as one idsMED family, it was important that everyone learnt the best practices from each country and strive to achieve success together.
