CEO Award: Dedication for Healthcare Service

In idsMED, we treasure individual(s) and team(s) who make a good influence on others as well as applying our vision and values to everyone.

Every year, idsMED would give out arguably its most prestigious award, the CEO Award. CEO Award is an award for idsMED employee who has contributed actively to support the company in fulfilling the vision, mission, and transformational goals of the company.

This year  CEO Award 2019 for Indonesia goes to MARTINUS DENNY SARWONO: Manager – Field from idsMED Indonesia Semarang branch. He joined idsMED in 2016looking for a new journey after working in hospitals for almost 20 years. Using his experience in hospitals, he now helps help our colleagues to provide solutions to customers, planning buildings and needs of hospital constructions, how to manage hospitals and how health equipment can be purchased optimally. With a deep understanding of hospital management, he provides unique business insight by providing solutions that suit the hospitals. It is related to Strategic Plan 2017-2019 goals, win our customers’ hearts through our Customer “OUTREACH” Initiative.

He has an active role in representing idsMED’s vision, mission, values, and goals. His ability to understand hospital management deeply, makes hospitals treat idsMED more than just a distributor but more of a trusted partner. This enhances the good image of idsMED that always helps hospitals to operate effectively. The other indicators can be seen by his approaches towards clients. With his responsibility and integrity, his approaches finally produce good results.

Working in idsMED is such a unique experience. He admits that he feels comfortable because of the closeness atmosphere within idsMED. Everyone feels like a family to him. In a pleasant environment, indeed it helps his work performance. Denny, who loves to spend his time with family and fishing with friends, believes idsMED brings a good purpose, not only to be the best supply chain company in Asia but also in improving healthcare solutions in Indonesia.
