idsMED Vietnam Conducts “Business Effective Selling Tool” Workshop

idsMED Vietnam conducted a workshop titled "Business Effective Selling Tool" to enhance the sales and communication skills of its frontline team members. The comprehensive four-day workshop involved 48 frontline trainees who actively engaged in discussions and practical exercises covering 11 training modules. The event took place in Hanoi from 11-12 September 2023 and in Ho Chi Minh City from 14-15 September 2023.

idsMED Vietnam conducted a special sales skills workshop titled "Business Effective Selling Tool" for its frontline members across the country. The physical workshop took place in Hanoi from 11-12 September 2023 and the Ho Chi Minh City branch joined the workshop online via Zoom. From 14 – 15 September, the physical workshop venue was changed to Ho Chi Minh City and the Hanoi branch joined online.

Throughout the four-day workshop, 48 frontline trainees engaged in interactive sessions and discussions covering 11 training modules. These modules encompassed a wide range of topics, including sales skills, communication skills, and effective customer persuasion techniques. The training program was specifically designed to include practical exercises that foster teamwork. In addition, it was tailored to align with the four product categories currently distributed by idsMED Vietnam: Yukon Stents, Hamilton Ventilators, Medtronic Plasma Blade, and Steelco Low-Temperature Sterilizers.

Under the expert guidance of Coach Jeremy from Malaysia, a seasoned professional with 40 years of experience in sales skills training, sales management, marketing training and various other soft skills, the trainees actively participated in a dynamic learning environment. They engaged in lively discussions, collaborated in group activities and shared their insights. The training sessions involved analyzing real work scenarios, making the four days of learning highly productive and enriching.

“I like how the trainer delivered knowledge in an engaging and easy-to-understand way and how he guided trainees to practice, discuss and present opinions. Breaking the class into groups helped us easily exchange and work in teams.” – Chinh Le – FSS shared.

“The trainer helped us once again refine our skills and communication strategies, facilitating the exchange of effective customer presentations. Throughout the course, we gained fresh perspectives and were equipped with necessary tools to enhance our customer interactions and communication techniques.” – Anh Nguyen – FSS shared.

This workshop systematically trained, provided practice, and updated the knowledge and sales skills of the frontline members. As a result, they are now well prepared to actively support their colleagues at idsMED Vietnam in their work.
