Radiology Professionals Gather for MRI and CT Safety Education Series

On 30 April 2026, idsMED Philippines actively supported the Guerbet Education Series, “Redefining Confidence in MRI and CT: Insights from Evidence to Safety”, held across three medical centres.

The first session took place at the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in Manila, in collaboration with the University of the Philippines–Philippine General Hospital Department of Radiology and the Philippine College of Radiology. The event brought together radiology professionals from various hospitals. Additional sessions were conducted at the St. Luke’s Resource Centre in Bonifacio Global City and at St. Luke’s Medical Centre College of Medicine in Quezon City.

The programme highlighted Guerbet’s contrast media solutions, including Dotarem, Optiray, and Xenetix, with discussions focused on evidence-based imaging practices, patient safety, and enhancing diagnostic confidence in MRI and CT procedures.

Through its support of the education series, idsMED Philippines strengthened its collaboration with Guerbet and reaffirmed its commitment to medical education by supporting radiology professionals in advancing safe, effective, and high-quality imaging practices.
